  2. Secondly, be open to hearing the messages the strong feelings are offering. All feelings are messengers..
  3. Thirdly, find the necessary support to help you transform the uncomfortable emotions to positive action. The support can be in the form of an experienced counselor and/or the appropriate class/group.
  4. Eventually you will be able to transform your emotions yourself. This will give you additional insight and energy.
