“….without the warmth and companionship of others, the bitter cold sinks into their bones”, taken from the Nature TV series (winter 2015.)  This quote refers to baboons staying warm by cuddling close to each other in the bitter cold winter.  So it is with humans.  We need cuddling. We need companionship.  Or the bitter cold will sink into our bones.

Mother Theresa said that she had extreme poverty and all its associated problems where she lived in India, but North Americans have loneliness, isolation and alienation..even though our countries have relatively more money, the loneliness has reached epidemic proportions.
